ISSI has expertise in Instructional Systems Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (the ISD process). We have experience managing the entire ISD life-cycle from task analysis through design, e-learning development, implementation and evaluation. Our training development professionals have developed user and system documentation and training for our clients. Our e-learning developers have created interactive courseware using Outstart Trainer, SumTotal LCMS, Adobe Captivate and other authoring tools. Our multimedia programmers are experienced with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, and a variety of digital A/V composition and editing tools. We are familiar with AICC and SCORM authoring requirements through SCORM 2004.

We have implemented enterprise-wide and global LMS solutions for government and private sector entities.
